We are looking for a person who will work with our current pastoral team and come under the leadership of our Senior Pastors/Founders. The attributes we are looking for is someone who has a hunger for the things of God and a passion for people inside and outside of the church. They will be spirit filled and have a servant heart.

The Managing Director will work closely with the Board of Trustees to shape and deliver the long-term vision of David’s Tent, oversee day-to-day operations, ensure financial sustainability, and cultivate a loving and faith-filled culture among staff, volunteers, and partners.

This key post stewards, inspires and engages churches, individuals and groups to support our global work addressing poverty and discrimination.

We are looking for an outstanding candidate to coordinate and care for the team of volunteers who make our annual Keswick Convention possible.

The role reports to the Head of Policy and Public Affairs, and has accountabilities for stakeholder engagement, communications and reports, in order to represent CAP and our clients, and to bring about change by calling for better policies and outcomes for people living in poverty and debt. As well as helping the charity stay up to date and engage with current policy discussions.
