The Personal Assistant position provides highly efficient administrative and logistical support to deliver the ongoing running of the executive leaders' day-to-day work. They undertake a variety of tasks including calendar management, meeting preparation, and coordinating departmental communications. This role is also part of the International Office, a small team dedicated to coordinating the ‘CAP International’ community of America, Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand and the UK.

You'll be a versatile team member, supporting various areas as needed, ensuring efficient workflow and project completion.

Portfolio Delivery is a centre of excellence in project management and business analysis, supporting CAP across the UK. The team works with stakeholders to prioritise initiatives, capture requirements, and deliver effective, resource-efficient solutions aligned with CAP’s mission. They also promote agile approaches, lead innovation, and build capability across the organisation.
