This is an exciting opportunity for a Youth Worker to play a key role in implementing “A Fruitful Future II: Strategic growth and cultural change in the large, diverse Diocese of Southwark”. Fixed term until end June 2028, with the possibility of an extension.

We are looking for someone to lead our youth ministry in a way that helps young people find and follow Jesus amid the realities of 21st century life.

The purpose of this exciting post is to develop and lead the delivery of the children and youth work of Bearfield Church in the local community.

Location: Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire
Hours: Part Time or Full Time (both will include Sunday working)
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 (FTE)
