The postholder will lead a small team to create content, fundraising communications, and event marketing. The ideal candidate will be a flexible, enthusiastic leader with strong communication and management skills, experienced in marketing and fundraising within a charity, and a relationship-focused approach.

This role provides a fantastic opportunity to join a highly motivated team, working directly with young people who need extra support through resettlement mentoring, as they prepare to leave custody (typically HMYOI Wetherby) and then upon their return to communities in the region.
