- Develop and implement a clear discipleship pathway for children.
- Design and oversee engaging Sunday programmes and special events.
- Recruit, train, and pastor volunteers and interns.

- A committed Christian, actively participating in church life, with a heart for discipling children.
- Able to work collaboratively, motivate others, and communicate effectively with children and adults from diverse backgrounds.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Satisfactory Enhanced DBS Certificate required.
We Offer
- A supportive church community and leadership team.

- Flexible working arrangements.
The Church at Junction 10 is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults. We expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
This post is subject to an Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010 that the post-holder is a practising Christian.
