In partnership with the Care Manager and Deputy, it will be the successful candidate’s responsibility to sustain and promote the reputation of Quebec Hall; to help ensure the delivery of high-quality holistic care; and to help create a caring environment and facility that meets the needs of each individual resident.

Oversee key stakeholder relationships and manage the financial transactions for twinning, retail, and community support projects, SVP trading and national fundraising.

We are seeking a full-time Elder (Mission Director) to lead our mission and outreach work, with a key focus on the church’s community facility.

This role provides a fantastic opportunity to join a highly motivated team, working directly with young people who need extra support through resettlement mentoring, as they prepare to leave custody (typically HMYOI Wetherby) and then upon their return to communities in the region.
