You will work in partnership with local churches to support and empower tenants in our homes in the Black Country.

We’re seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager who is passionate about developing our marketing and communications to enable the wider aspirations and ministry of CPAS to be achieved. The postholder will lead a small team to create content, fundraising communications, and event marketing. The ideal candidate will be a flexible, enthusiastic leader with strong communication and management skills, experienced in marketing and fundraising within a charity, and a relationship-focused approach.

This new role has been created to enhance youth work and assist with the sports programme using sport and physical activity to engage with even more young people in the community. In addition, the successful candidate will have opportunities to support the church youth activities and to create stronger links between young people in the wider community and those who are involved through church.

This is a “pioneer” role providing a fantastic opportunity to join a highly motivated team, working directly with young people who need extra support through resettlement mentoring, as they prepare to leave custody and then upon return to communities in the Midlands.
