Want to grow as a leader in a warm community church with mentoring, training, hands-on experience, and chances to develop, and discover, your gifts?

The primary purpose of this post is to grow in maturity and number, the younger adults in the church by exercising leadership and discipling 25-55yr olds, predominantly. It will require an evangelistic heart that loves to pray for and engage in mission.

This is a key role in Safe Families that engages in recruiting, training and supporting volunteers, primarily, but not exclusively, from local churches, who provide support to referred families.
