This is a key role in Safe Families that engages in recruiting, training and supporting volunteers, primarily, but not exclusively, from local churches, who provide support to referred families.

To enable people in Earl Shilton to explore their spirituality with Christ by developing projects at the intersection between church, school and home.

In partnership with the Care Manager and Deputy, it will be the successful candidate’s responsibility to sustain and promote the reputation of Quebec Hall; to help ensure the delivery of high-quality holistic care; and to help create a caring environment and facility that meets the needs of each individual resident.
