We are looking for a gifted and enthusiastic Children and Families Worker to lead and develop our ministry among children (aged 0–11) and their families. This is a key role in the life of our church.

We are seeking a person with a passion for engaging and building relationships with children and young people in their journey of faith.

Leadership, oversight and curation to the FYT Leadership Team, and lead the smooth running of the organisation which supports the wider FYT Movement.

Under the guidance of the Senior Minister (Children and Youth) and the Congregation Leader (9.30), the Minister (Children) will develop the strategy, running and management of the children’s ministry.

An exciting opportunity to join a growing Christian charity, supporting the development of teens in partnership with a local church.

As children's pastor you will have a leading role in planning, developing and co-ordinating the children's ministry and be able to demonstrate a passion and committment to see children encounter and grow in love for Jesus.
