We are seeking a Children & Youth Worker to join our thriving Anglican community, and to nurture our vital Christian ministry to children and youth.

Under the guidance of the Senior Minister (Children and Youth) and the Congregation Leader (9.30), the Minister (Children) will develop the strategy, running and management of the children’s ministry.

To support to our fundraising, ensure excellent stewardship of supporters, help to drive the funding strategy for existing and new ministry projects.

As children's pastor you will have a leading role in planning, developing and co-ordinating the children's ministry and be able to demonstrate a passion and committment to see children encounter and grow in love for Jesus.

This role is essential in developing & maintaining successful long-term relationships with high-value trusts/foundations and individual major donors.
