The purpose of this post is to pioneer, develop and lead the delivery of the youth, families and outreach work of the Church in the local community.

If you have a heart for people, especially those who are marginalised, have a desire to help and would love to be part of a dynamic team of people who are making a difference, then you might be just who we are looking for.

This is a “pioneer” role providing a fantastic opportunity to join a highly motivated team, working directly with young people who need extra support through resettlement mentoring, as they prepare to leave custody and then upon return to communities in the Midlands.
