This is a key staff role which involves working with families in need of belonging by facilitating volunteer led support from local churches.

Threshold is looking to develop its work with young people (11-18 year olds) who live in the villages around Lincoln. We are keen to appoint a Youth Pioneer Worker who can create environments where people can naturally explore, question, and grow in faith in Jesus.

Threshold is looking to develop its work with children and families who live in the villages around Lincoln. We are particularly keen to see them grow in faith where they spend most of their time: in their homes, around the kitchen table, in the villages and schools they do life in.

This is a key role in Safe Families that engages in recruiting, training and supporting volunteers, primarily, but not exclusively, from local churches, who provide support to referred families.
