This is a leadership role within Church Army and a position of trust. You will  embody the role in a way which models the safe and accountable culture we are seeking to create and develop.

In partnership with the Care Manager and Deputy, it will be the successful candidate’s responsibility to sustain and promote the reputation of Quebec Hall; to help ensure the delivery of high-quality holistic care; and to help create a caring environment and facility that meets the needs of each individual resident.

As part of the team that works across UCB, the Corporate Services Assistant provides support to the HR team and Company Secretary
