As Operations Manager, you will work alongside the Vicar to provide confident leadership and management to enable the operational running of Greyfriars and New Hope Church (GF and NH). The role is multifaceted, and the post-holder leads in the areas of HR, communications, administration, facilities and buildings.

We are looking for an inspirational communicator to be the face of The Leprosy Mission.

To support to our fundraising, ensure excellent stewardship of supporters, help to drive the funding strategy for existing and new ministry projects.

This role is essential in developing & maintaining successful long-term relationships with high-value trusts/foundations and individual major donors.
