Purpose
The role of the People Operations Coordinator is to support the generalist HR function at CAP by assisting the payroll function and looking after the reward and benefits programme and project work as needed.

The purpose of the Training Coordinator role is to support the Training Developers in applying industry-leading best practice in learning needs analysis, design and delivery of training, including ensuring effective communications with training participants and administering the training in the most efficient way possible.

The Philanthropy Leads, reporting to the Head of Philanthropy, are responsible for inspiring new prospective, cultivating and stewarding high-value donors into greater involvement with Christians Against Poverty.

The Fundraising Mid Value Officer, reporting to one of the Head of Philanthropy, is to cultivate, solicit, and steward mid-level donors to CAP, including individual donors, corporate partners, and grant-making trusts and foundations.

The Philanthropy Research Officer, reporting to one of the Philanthropy Leads, is responsible for providing high-quality research and analysis to support CAP's philanthropy team in securing major gifts from trusts, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals.

As a core member of our regional hub team, you'll be the on-the-ground catalyst for empowering and developing debt centres and coaching services (Job Club, Life Skills and Money Coaching) within your designated sub-region.
