We are seeking an Assistant Pastor (Youth & Young Adults) to join our Senior Leadership Team. This is an exciting opportunity to help oversee the life and ministry of TFW Church.

This role will hold responsibility for the operational functions of Emmaus Road church and Emmaus Transformation Trust charity. 

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves Jesus, cares deeply for people, teaches Scripture clearly, and can provide spiritual and strategic leadership as the church moves into its next season.

You will take accountability for the direction, oversight and delivery of our ministry with children and young people, in the context of the church’s wider vision and mission. A key element of the role is building and supporting self-sustaining volunteer teams with the goal of growing children and young people as disciples of Jesus Christ. You will work in close partnership with the church minister as part of the staff team.
