The Event Logistics Assistant will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO)/Fellowship Event Programme Manager and the associated wider event planning groups in providing administrative, logistics and project support in preparing for the events.

Mobilising local resources and managing programmes with TLM partners in Africa and Asia to ensure performance within agreed timeframes and budgets.

You’ll provide essential support across multiple teams, triaging safeguarding cases, preparing governance documents, assisting with HR processes.
