The finance department is going through an exciting period of transformation. This role sits within the Finance department, as we automate processes, implement and maximise new tech systems and develop better data and reporting capabilities.
This role is responsible for preparation, development and analysis of financial accounting information, financial statements, regulatory reporting and financial controls.

As Graphic Designer & Editor, you will lead the delivery of excellent design across the organisation, championing brand consistency to effectively engage diverse audiences. You will use your creativity in design and video to raise awareness, share impactful stories, and inspire action from a wide range of stakeholders.

Lead and develop the Service Quality and Insight team to deliver accurate, compliant data and reporting, driving continuous improvement to enhance service delivery and client outcomes. Support the team in balancing detailed data and policy with operational, client, and church impact, aligned to CAP’s strategic objectives.

This is a pivotal role where you will lead the growth of TLG’s philanthropic income, driving progress to reach ambitious six-figure targets year after year. You will shape and deliver a dynamic strategy to build a diverse and sustainable portfolio of income streams, including trusts and foundations, major donors, corporate partnerships, and legacy giving.
