The purpose of the Training Coordinator role is to support the Training Developers in applying industry-leading best practice in learning needs analysis, design and delivery of training, including ensuring effective communications with training participants and administering the training in the most efficient way possible.

The Philanthropy Leads, reporting to the Head of Philanthropy, are responsible for inspiring new prospective, cultivating and stewarding high-value donors into greater involvement with Christians Against Poverty. They aim to draw supporters closer to the work we do, deepening their relationship and support of CAP. Income from CAP’s major donors is vital for the future expansion of CAP in the UK.

You will take accountability for the direction, oversight and delivery of our ministry with children and young people, in the context of the church’s wider vision and mission. A key element of the role is building and supporting self-sustaining volunteer teams with the goal of growing children and young people as disciples of Jesus Christ. You will work in close partnership with the church minister as part of the staff team.

As a Trainee Debt Advisor you will complete a comprehensive programme of classroom training, exams and on the job sign off to equip you to be able to bring expert advice and support our clients in their journey to becoming debt free.
