To foster Christian encounters as part of the Wonder of Wellbeing Project, ensuring that resources are in place to enable growth of the Kingdom of God through people coming into faith, deepening faith or moving further along in their faith journey, including developing our online community. To work closely with Christians from local churches in Gower and Swansea to create teams to welcome, befriend, accompany and pray with tourists and residents. To develop the Gower Pilgrimage Way as a pathway of faith encounters, establishing new opportunities for using our churches in spiritual tourism through bespoke pilgrimages. To support local congregations of Gower Ministry Area in better living out their missional vision.

We are looking for a gifted and enthusiastic Children and Families Worker to lead and develop our ministry among children (aged 0–11) and their families. This is a key role in the life of our church.

You’ll coordinate bookings, support guests, manage data and help bring our Christ-centred holidays to life.

We’re looking for people with a flair for hospitality and excellent interpersonal skills.
