The finance department is going through an exciting period of transformation. This role sits within the Finance department, as we automate processes, implement and maximise new tech systems and develop better data and reporting capabilities.
This role is responsible for preparation, development and analysis of financial accounting information, financial statements, regulatory reporting and financial controls.

Lead and develop the Service Quality and Insight team to deliver accurate, compliant data and reporting, driving continuous improvement to enhance service delivery and client outcomes. Support the team in balancing detailed data and policy with operational, client, and church impact, aligned to CAP’s strategic objectives.

As a core member of our Hub team, you will be the driving force behind the delivery of CAPs products, empowering debt advisors and case officers in your team to deliver exceptional support to debt coaches and clients.

Our work drives CAP’s mission: to see a partner church in every community supporting the poorest and most vulnerable. We achieve this by building Church Partnerships that deliver our transformative Debt Help service, supported by key resilience programs such as Job Clubs, Life Skills, and Money Coaching.
