About Time for God (TfG) 
Time for God (TfG) is a well-established international Christian volunteering charity. TfG exists to create an environment where full-time volunteers are encouraged to explore and grow in the Christian faith through a structured programme of service and personal development. 

Each year, TfG recruits, trains, and supports volunteers - typically from overseas - who are matched with UK-based placements. TfG provides ongoing support and training to both volunteers and placement hosts. 

The Role 

TfG is seeking to appoint a highly capable and enthusiastic Field Team Co-ordinator to join the Field Team of this small, quality-focused organisation. 

This is a part-time position (21 hours per week, pro rata of 37.5 hours) and is home-based.
The role includes regular travel to placements across the UK and may occasionally require overnight stays. 

The primary focus of the role is to lead and coordinate Field Team activities. The position also includes elements of pastoral care, safeguarding and mentoring support for young adult - mostly female volunteers

The ideal candidate will: 

  • Have at least two years’ experience in youth work, outreach, or a similar environment in a leadership capacity (e.g. young adult or student ministry). 

  • Be confident using computers and social media. 

  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Have experience in pastoral care or mentoring young adults. 

  • Be highly organised and self-motivated. 

  • Work effectively within a small team. 

  • Thrive under pressure and manage competing priorities well. 

  • Be willing and able to travel nationally as required.
