Our plans are to continue to expand steadily and sustainably to see more key Christian mission workers housed affordably, enabling them to work long term where God has called them.
We have exciting plans, an excellent model and a strong balance sheet and are seeking to appoint an engaging, financially astute and competent CEO to lead the staff team and drive forward the organisation with the Board.
Key to the role is good networking with Christian churches and organisations ‘on the frontline’, as well as Christian individuals and organisations with capital to donate or lend.
We are seeking a CEO to be an ambassador for the organisation and bring our plans to fruition. This role includes responsibility for partnerships, fundraising, marketing and communication, performance and risk management, and support to the Board in good governance.
Mission Housing is an energetic, small organisation. The working environment is suited to people who display flexibility, adaptability and mutual respect.
We can be flexible on working hours, expecting the CEO to work between 3 days per week and full time.
Salary: around £60-65k FTE plus contributory pension (5%), 25 days holiday FTE.
We are a charitable Christian organisation and are looking for a committed Christian to be our next CEO (Occupational Requirement).
