Kids Pastor

LIFE Church is a vibrant and thriving church community with a large campus. We are committed to making a positive impact on our community and beyond. Our campus houses an established conference business and a popular coffee shop, both of which play a crucial role in generating resources for our ministry.

We are recruiting for a passionate, faith-filled Kids Pastor to lead our thriving kids ministry. We regularly provide for over 200 children each Sunday, age 0-11 years, delivering kids worship, word & activities. 

As the Kids Pastor, you are responsible for delivering a fun, Christ-centered & safe Kids Church provision. You are an excellent team builder, growing, developing & equipping teams of volunteers to lead and support Kids Church. You are passionate about seeing children learn who God has made them to be and how they can grow closer to him in their daily lives. The ideal candidate will be experienced in leading large teams, have childcare or teaching qualifications and be a confident leader who thrives in a busy work environment.

The working days for this role are Tuesday, Wednesday Thrusday and Sunday.
