Limitless Youth Leader

The Limitless Youth Leader will lead and develop LGCC’s youth ministry, discipling young people and equipping them to live out their faith in everyday life. The role involves shaping a culture of discipleship, care, and mission aligned with the church’s values of Connect, Grow, Serve, and Influence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Vision: Carry and communicate the vision for youth ministry, ensuring all programmes reflect LGCC’s core values.
• Programmes & Events: Lead and oversee weekly youth gatherings, discipleship sessions, worship nights, and trips or festivals. Develop teaching plans and create opportunities for youth to serve and lead.
• Schools & Community Engagement: Build relationships with local schools, run clubs and assemblies, and engage young people from the community.
• Volunteer Leadership: Recruit, train, and support a team of volunteer leaders, fostering a culture of growth and teamwork.

Safeguarding & Administration: Ensure best practice in safeguarding, oversee communications and administration, and maintain a positive online presence.
