We’re looking for a Creative Communications Lead to help shape how St Stephen’s communicates, both internally and externally. You’ll combine strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, creating high-quality design, social media, and film content that brings our vision and ministry to life.

This role supports project administration, partner engagement, and grant management for the MENA region. Responsibilities include evaluating project applications, monitoring funded projects, maintaining documentation, and supporting the Projects Manager for MENA. The role requires strong administrative capability, regional awareness, and a mature Christian faith.
