The Operations Director is a senior leadership role at St Stephen’s, turning vision and strategy into effective day-to-day delivery. This highly relational role combines strong operational leadership with collaboration and care for people, leading across people, finance, systems, buildings, and operations to help the church deliver its mission well.

This role supports project administration, partner engagement, and grant management for the MENA region. Responsibilities include evaluating project applications, monitoring funded projects, maintaining documentation, and supporting the Projects Manager for MENA. The role requires strong administrative capability, regional awareness, and a mature Christian faith.
