UCB is looking for a Telephone Support Officer to join our well-established and professional Supporter Care Team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Faith in Schools is an East London charity which supports the teaching of Christianity in Newham’s primary and secondary schools by providing high quality RE lessons, enabling pupils to meet a range of Christians from different cultures and denominations.

The aim of this role is to maintain and grow the insurance business of the Bank through a high-quality responsive service to existing clients and a proactive response to new customers at all times in accordance with our Mission Statement.
