We are seeking a new Operations Manager to join the leadership team with a committed and caring staff team and a wide range of ministry activities. This senior role plays a vital part in shaping and supporting the operational life of St George’s.

We’re looking for someone to keep our sites safe, secure, and well-maintained. You’ll handle minor repairs, cleaning, and deliveries, supervise contractors, and ensure building systems run smoothly. As our main site hosts regular conferences and events, you’ll also help set up and prepare rooms for visitors.

This post is responsible for the effective delivery of programmes at our London Centre, ensuring smooth operation of the wider London Centre and its’ facilities including for London Monday, London Tuesday and Teaching Weeks, offering efficient operational, administrative and office support in one of the most exciting theological institutions in the UK.
