About Us
Time for God (TfG) is an international Christian volunteering charity that helps full-time volunteers grow in their faith through service and personal development. Each year, we recruit and train volunteers—often from overseas—and match them with UK-based placements, providing ongoing support to both the volunteers and their hosts.
The Role
Are you highly organised, adaptable, and ready to make a real impact? We’re looking for an experienced Team Administrator to play a key role in our busy, friendly, and committed team.
In this varied position, you’ll manage day-to-day office operations, support colleagues across the organisation, and take ownership of tasks that make a genuine difference to the people and projects we serve.
What We’re Looking For

At least two years’ experience in a busy administrative or office environment

A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisational and planning abilities

Proficient (ideally advanced) computer and IT skills
