As our Charity Administrator, you will plan, manage, organise, and develop the services needed to support the mission and strategic initiatives by ensuring operational effectiveness and legal compliance.

Interview Date: Tuesday 11th November 2025 at the Rural Missions Offices in Mansfield, Notts

Salary: £14 per hour

Full time: 15 hours per week (5th January 2026 start, for 6-12 months)

Location: Ideally office-based in Mansfield, Notts. We are open to a home-based work environment for the right candidate.

Holiday + pension: 20 days (+8 statutory days) + 9% pension (pro-rata)

There is a genuine occupation requirement that the post holder is a committed evangelical Christian in accordance with Part 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.

The position is dependent on two suitable references, a DBS check, and attendance at regular safeguarding training. Candidates applying for this role will be expected to comply with safer recruitment initiatives, including a self-disclosure of any criminal history.
