Oak Hill College is looking for a new colleague to join our Academic Registry Office during an exciting time of change and development. We are recruiting for the role of Quality Administrator, offered on a 12-month fixed-term basis.
This is a pivotal period for our department as we transition from our current Validating Partner (in place since 1992) to a new partnership with Durham University, beginning in September 2025. This transition presents a unique opportunity to shape the future of our Registry team.
We’ll be introducing new systems and processes, so we’re looking for people who bring fresh ideas, initiative, and a commitment to getting the day-to-day work done with care and efficiency. Your input will be key in shaping how we move forward, and your support for students and colleagues will be essential.
You’ll work closely with our newly appointed Academic Registrar and play a key role in both maintaining high-quality services and supporting the implementation of change.
If you're organised, proactive, and excited about contributing to a team at a time of transformation, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role - Quality Administrator
Working closely with the new Academic Registrar, this role ensures compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in quality-related operations, as well as support with occasional registry functions, and maintaining published information.
We are also advertising for a Registry Administrator, if you are not sure which role is the best fit for you? That’s absolutely fine—just let us know on your application form, and we’ll be happy to explore this with you at the interview stage.
