Isolation affects countless individuals in our society, from teenagers to older people. This often leads to a cycle of loneliness and hopelessness.
At Keychange, we work to break that cycle, through the transformative power of community. As a Christian charity, we are inspired by Christ’s example to love and serve others.
Today, we have seven care homes for older people and two housing communities for young people and women facing homelessness.
Our mission is to create communities where each person is supported, valued and known.
