The Operations Manager is an integral part of the Senior Leadership team. They are responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient management of the church’s

administrative, financial, and operational functions. This role oversees key areas such as finance, HR, compliance, safeguarding, facilities, and event coordination to

support the mission and vision of the church.

 

The ideal candidate will bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a servant-hearted leadership approach.
