Pastoral Lead

The Pastoral Lead plays a key role in shaping and sustaining a culture of care within LGCC. Working closely with the Pastors and wider team, this person will develop systems, structures, and teams that ensure pastoral care flows naturally throughout the church. The role combines relational ministry with strategic leadership - equipping and empowering volunteers, supporting Connect Groups, and overseeing integration and discipleship pathways. The post requires a spiritually mature Christian with proven experience in pastoral care, leadership, and team development, committed to LGCC’s vision of helping people connect, grow, serve, and influence their world for Jesus.
