InHope are looking for a senior level charity finance professional with experience of small to medium-sized charities to lead our Finance and Operations Team. InHope is a £1.6M plus charity with services running in locations across the city. In terms of Operations, you would carry responsibility for health & safety, property, IT and telecoms. You would manage staff payroll, our 3-year budget and financial control processes, and preparation of the annual accounts with our auditors.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you would report to the CEO and play an equitable role in leading the charity in its day-to-day operations and its strategic development.

- Salary: £41k-£46k FTE, subject to experience.
- Hours worked per week: Full-Time – 37.5 hours (but open to consider 30 hours).
- 28 days holiday plus paid Bank Holidays based on being full-time.
- Workplace pension with matched contribution of up to 5%.
