Hope Consultants International serves a global network of Christian teams, charities and NGOs by providing field supervision, consulting, coaching and training, logistical and support services, and crisis management. 

This is a broad-based role with connection across our global network of organisations & projects and will provide assistance to the Finance department enabling the work to flourish.

Some of the responsibilities:

  1. Finance administration for a number of departments
  2. Expense processing and reimbursement claims
  3. Accounting system updates & controls
  4. Department and Project (Fund) reporting & analysis (routine and ad-hoc)
  5. Other data analysis & data management as required of the Finance team
  6. Support & cover for the Finance team as needed for busy periods or absences
  7. Monthly & Quarterly regular production of finance reports for Depts and Projects

We are looking for someone with financial experience and or qualification and all these tasks require careful attention to lots of details.

You will also be encouraged to participate in the spiritual life of the organisation, including weekly prayer meetings.

The position is part-time, but flexible working hours may be considered.
