Connect Church Cornwall and seeking a Childrens and Youth Pastor or Childrens and Youth Worker

• Childrens and Youth Worker Salary £25-28K
• Childrens Youth Pastor £27-30K

The Childrens and Youth Pastor role will involve additional leadership and teaching responsibilities and will therefore attract a higher salary, actual salary dependent upon role and experience.

The role can be full time, or a minimum of 4 days per week, with flexible options available.

Connect Church Cornwall are looking to fill an exciting opportunity, based in Wadebridge on the beautiful North Cornwall coast. We have invested in building a great foundation, and we have the ability to be flexible about the role and how it might develop in the future. We want to give the right person the ability to shape it and grow this area of our ministry, which supports children and young people from 0-18 years.

You’ll also have the opportunity to be a key part of our team, with support from our Senior Pastor and the wider leadership team, and to contribute to the broader development of the church.

Digital Interviews are scheduled for week commencing 24/11/25. If successful at this stage the applicant will be asked to come for an in-person interview with the opportunity to meet the team, children/young people and shown around the church/area etc.  

Due to the nature of this role, we believe that this post is subject to an occupational requirement that the holder be a practicing Christian under Part 1 of schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010. This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
