About the role
Are you passionate about the Church and driven to see lives changed through faith and action? Join Compassion UK as a Church Partnerships Manager and help release children from poverty in Jesus’ name.
In this dynamic, relationship-focused role, you’ll inspire churches across the South West to partner with Compassion through child sponsorship and fundraising. You’ll be the bridge between local congregations and global transformation.
📍 Home-based | Must live within 60 minutes of Exeter
🕒 Full-time | 35 hours/week | Flexible working

What You’ll Do:
- Build and nurture meaningful partnerships with churches in your region.
- Deliver inspiring presentations that connect hearts to Compassion’s mission.
- Collaborate with Events, Engagement, and Philanthropy teams to maximise impact.
- Drive sponsorship growth and fundraising through strategic church engagement
We need you to be
🙌 What You Bring:
✔️ A heart for the Church and a personal Christian faith (occupational requirement). You can read more about this in our Policy on Posts to be Held by Christians.
✔️ Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
✔️ Confidence in public speaking and preaching.
✔️ Experience in sales or fundraising with a track record of meeting targets.
✔️ Self-motivation and excellent time management.
✔️ Willingness to travel and work weekends (approx. 24 events/year).
✔️ A full UK driving licence and access to a car.
Bonus if you’ve used a CRM system or supported volunteers!
