Senior Instructor

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about developing people, experienced in running outdoor activities and enthusiastic about sharing the Christian message to join our team from September 2025.
If you’re keen to gain experience in the outdoor industry, looking to gain transferrable skills, grow your leadership ability and want to be part of a great community, thiWithin this role you will be delivering events to a variety of guests, leading teams, planning and delivering staff training, facilitating our programme for spiritual input and honing the admin and organisation skills required for the day to day running of events and activities. You will be predominantly be responsible for facilitating events and activities and ensuring that CYE maintains its excellent reputation for delivering safe and memorable experiences and will be a crucial part of the Activity Team.
