The Supporter Connection team deals with an exciting array of phone projects from the wider Fundraising and Communications division. They conduct primarily outbound telephone communications with a wide range of individuals and churches, inspiring them to engage financially, practically and spiritually with the work of CAP.

We are now looking for a visionary Grant Management Systems Lead to take ownership of Solomon, providing strategic leadership and managing its development. You will be the essential link between our technical partners and our worldwide user base, helping to shape the future of how we manage, develop, and grow this vital system.

Across the charity we organise and run over 30 events a year, serving our employee engagement strategy, People Development team and Fundraising teams. We also have regular Support Hub wide worship time and staff meetings. This role oversees the AV requirements and equipment for all these events across CAP.
