Who we are:

Wycombe Homeless Connection is a registered charity that serves people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness across Buckinghamshire. We provide free, independent support and advice services all year round to get people off the street, to help them stay housed and to re-build their lives.

About the role:

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager who can provide comprehensive management and strategic operational support across all aspects of charity administration, including finance, IT, and human resources.

The successful candidate must have strong financial skills, demonstrate a high level of interpersonal communication skills, with an ability to drive forward and enhance the quality of our work. They will ideally hold a professional qualification in finance and have experience in working in a similar role.
