We are looking to employ from within UK or EU. Duties will include: assisting and supporting the repair and maintenance of Brunel Manor estate with planned maintenance and emergency repair of the fabric and equipment. Overseeing the cleanliness and tidiness of storage areas within the maintenance section, ensuring adequate stock is available for regular repairs and moving furniture and equipment as necessary.
Ideal candidates will possess good communication skills, have the ability to work on their own initiative and be a member of a Christian church and proactively promote the Christian faith.
Candidates will ideally hold qualifications in the following: Manual Handling, Emergency First Aid, Health & Safety and COSHH.
A commitment and willingness to undertake training, assessment or other relevant qualifications dependent upon existing qualifications or requirements of the post is desirable.
