The Well is a registered charity (1179660) operating a food bank, café, charity shop and community centre offering friendship and practical support for everyone in Kibworth and surrounding villages. By doing this it keeps alive the Vision of The Well, by creating a place where God’s Kingdom is made known in action and words, working with the Trustees, the Spiritual Reflection Group and the Prayer Team. Whilst The Well is built on a Christian foundation, we are open to everybody of any faith or none.
About the Vacancy
Following a period of significant growth and increasing opportunity to serve the community, we are looking for an outreach manager to be part of the senior management team in the day to day running of the charity.
Could this be you? Are you an outgoing dynamic person? We are looking for someone who will liaise with and maintain communication with outside bodies who use or support The Well, such as schools, GP surgeries, social services and local churches. You will enthuse fundraising streams and potential donors by promoting projects and articulating the vision of The Well. Maybe you’ve had experience in as a charity fundraiser, a development manager, non-profit manager, third sector manager, volunteer manager and are looking for your next challenge.
20hrs per week, permanent contract, £12/hr
