Administration and Finance Manager
In a season of change and renewed vision for our mission and ministry in the centre of Birmingham, St. Martin in the Bull Ring are seeking to appoint an experienced and dynamic Administration and Finance Manager.
St. Martin’s is blessed with a special place in the heart and history of Birmingham. People have been worshipping and praying in this place for very nearly 800 years. In the present, the church is literally surrounded by shops, markets, restaurants and bars. Although rocked by the impact of COVID-19, the future still holds immense change and innumerable opportunities with the arrival of HS2, the forthcoming 2022 Commonwealth Games, and the imminent Smithfield development. Often an oasis of peace and prayer, as well as a vibrant place of welcome and hospitality, and a source of help and healing to many, St. Martin’s aspires to grow in fruitfulness as we share the love of God with the thousands of people around us each and every day.

We are looking for an exceptional person with a strong sense of calling who will:
- oversee and actively develop the administrative and financial activities of St. Martin in the Bull Ring in order to provide an outstanding and effective resource which facilitates and enhances our mission and ministry
- provide a calm, confident, reassuring, and resourceful presence at the heart of our daily life and activity.
This is a permanent, full time role. Salary will be £28,000 p.a. to £32,000 p.a. depending on experience.
Appointment is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
There is an Occupational Requirement that the post holder is a practicing Christian.
