About Open Doors
Open Doors is a Christian charity, part of Open Doors International, a global NGO network which does tremendous work in over 60 countries to support and strengthen persecuted Christians. Incredibly, last year the UK base raised around £15 million to provide practical support to persecuted Christians such as food, medicines, trauma care, legal assistance, safe houses and schools, as well as spiritual support through Christian literature, training and resources. The work of Open Doors has real impact on the ground throughout the world and they're currently experiencing a season of growth; investing more into their website, Digital Strategy and Marketing campaigns. Open Doors wants to support the church to grow with them and take the opportunity to stand against persecution globally.
Surrounding the persecuted church in prayer and action is of vital importance. Here you can find more information about the 50 countries where Christians face the most extreme persecution in the world to guide you on how to make a difference.

You'll need to demonstrate strong digital marketing experience that has resulted in the consistent growth of long-term committed support for an organisation (ideally within the charity sector). Along with your exceptional planning skills, you will have the ability to deliver outstanding, on-trend digital campaigns and acquisition programmes, and to manage the digital marketing budget and functional KPIs effectively.
