Are you an organised, experienced Nurse who is passionate about delivering positive change?
We are seeking to appoint a caring, professional person who enjoys working with children and who is flexible to work as part of a team in a busy school environment. You will take the lead to drive the medical centre provision forward to deliver and provide the best care for our pupils and to fully immerse the medical centre into the everyday life of Monkton.
This is an exciting new role joining together the medical provision across both sites with the purpose of providing consistently high levels of care for children aged 2-18. The role should look to support the houseparents and senior pastoral staff in any way they can in order to achieve the school’s objective of providing excellent standards of pastoral care and customer service throughout all interactions with parents and pupils; recognising that their role is essential in maintaining boarding standards throughout the whole school.
The successful applicant will be experienced in managing a small team including the training, appraisal and supervision of the team.
