Support Worker – Refugee & Migrant Services

Support Worker – Refugee & Migrant Services (4 positions) – Full time (40 hours per week).

Our team of support workers serves refugees and migrants by delivering a number of services, including:

  • Providing vulnerable migrants with high quality information and advice,
  • Providing holistic integration support to refugee families resettled by the UNHCR,
  • Providing supported accommodation for refused asylum seekers.

Due to COVID-19, our services are currently mostly being delivered remotely by video calling, with a phased return when this is deemed to be safe and necessary.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the issues facing refugees & vulnerable migrants, have worked in a casework environment, have excellent cross-cultural and interpersonal skills, a great eye for detail and be a strong team player.
