This is an exciting time for the Bank which has recently been acquired by a group of investors, the largest of which is the Christian Charity Stewardship, who intend to invest to grow and develop the business.
You will provide support to the Bank’s customers, offering a high quality and proactive responsive service in accordance with our Ethics Policy.
The role will involve processing requests from new and existing customers accurately adhering to departmental procedures. Processing data and transactions accurately to customer records and accounts. The role will include assisting with ongoing lending enquiries and applications, also updating and maintaining in-house databases and participating in the general work of the office as required by the Line Manager.
Experience in Mortgage and Commercial Borrowing administration would be advantageous but not essential. The successful candidate should have a willingness to obtain CeMAP qualification within 12 months of starting.
